Gracelyn VanDamme

Gracelyn Marie VanDamme, was gently welcomed into the arms of the Angels on July 10, 2026 at Strong Memorial Hospital.

A funeral mass of the Angels was held privately for the family at St. Francis Church in Phelps, followed by a burial at St. Francis Cemetery.

Gracelyn was deeply loved from the very beginning and will forever hold a place in the hearts of all who were waiting to meet her. Her precious life, though measured in moments, will be remembered with endless love and cherished always.

Gracelyn Marie will be forever loved and remembered by her parents Matthew and Tara Austin VanDamme.
