James Young

James H. Young Jr. age 68, died peacefully at home on Wednesday October 28, 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer, with his family by his side.

There will be no prior calling hours. Burial will be private for the family in Riverview Cemetery.

Jim was born on June 23, 1958 in Clifton Springs, NY the son of the late James H. And Pauline Stacy Young Sr. A true outdoorsman, Jim found joy in fishing and camping, enjoying the beauty and peace of the outdoors.He was a strong-willed man with an even bigger heart. Above all, Jim cherished his family, who meant the world to him. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and made it a priority to show up and support them in all of their activities and special moments. His love, presence, and unwavering support will forever be treasured by those who knew him.
