Obituary of Diane M. Linsner

Clifton Springs, Diane M. Linsner age 61, was welcomed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on June 1, 2017 surrounded by her family at the House of John in Clifton Springs.

Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Diane’s life on Saturday July 1, 2017, 10 am at the Clifton Springs United Methodist Church 1 E. Main Street, Clifton Springs, NY 14432.

It is requested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the Clifton Springs United Methodist Church 1 E. Main Street Clifton Springs, NY 14432 or the House of John 14 Spring Street Clifton Springs, NY 14432.

Diane was born on January 27, 1956 in Clifton Springs, NY, the daughter of Frederick Sr. and Patricia Foster Linsner.  Growing up in Clifton Springs, the United Methodist Church was a very special place for Diane and her experiences there formed the foundation for her strong faith.  She graduated from Midlakes High School and attended The Boulder School of Massage and SUNY Geneseo.  Diane lived for many years in Rochester, NY where she applied her significant gifts  to caring for elderly friends and creating fun times for children at various Rochester Recreation Centers. Diane always made time to talk anyone and she was a great listener. She dedicated her life to Jesus Christ and to serving others. Some of her happiest times were spent with her family and at the family cottage on Cayuga Lake. 

Diane is survived by her mother Patricia Linsner of Clifton Springs.
