Obituary of Sharon Slater
North Myrtle Beach, SC - Sharon (Fremouw) Slater, formerly of Farmington, went home to the Lord on May 11. Sharon is survived by her loving husband Paul; sons Sam (Dawn) EL Mirage, AZ, Stephen (Nicole), Garner, NC; 7 grandchildren, Kierstine, Cassidy, Isabelle, Emma, Hannah, Jamie and Carter Joseph (CJ); and siblings Pat Salerno, David (Janet) Fremouw, Jane (Walt) Pedersen, Cathy (Russ) Bentzoni. She was predeceased by daughter, Shari Lynn and parents, Ernest and Frances Fremouw. After retiring she devoted her time to her grandchildren, quilting, making teddy bears, gardening and making braille bibles for the blind. A memorial service will be held June 10, 2017 at 10 AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 153 Church Ave., Farmington. Interment will follow at Rose Cemetery, North Rose.
